Chicken Sopas

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter or olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
250 grams chicken meat, still attached to the bones
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3–4 cups water
1 cup dried elbow macaroni
1 carrot, diced
½ head of cabbage, shredded
375 ml (1½ cups) evaporated milk

Notes

* Using meat with bones will make the broth tastier without the use of bouillon cubes. * You can use fish sauce instead of salt for added flavor.
