1 oz Versin (non-alcoholic sweet vermouth alternative)
1 oz Giffard Sirop Aperitif
1 orange peel, for garnish

No cooking required; the drink is stirred, not shaken. Substitutions: Lyre's Aperitif Rosso can replace Versin; any non-alcoholic gin works in place of Monday. Giffard Aperitif Syrup stands in for Campari, which has no true zero-proof equivalent.
